These guys are terrible to deal with - beware. They were supposed to take an authorization for $1,500 not charge. Instead they charged my card. After I saw the charge on my invoice I called them and asked. They agreed it was an error but then told me the car was in an accident and no longer available. They never phoned me and told me about the accident. They then promised to credit the money back. Dealt with them for a few days, kept getting excuses with no credit. Then they stopped answering the phone - avoided me all together. My credit card company tried calling them but they didn't answer their calls either. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Luckly my credit card company credited the money back. SCAMMERS!!! STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!!!

I rented a hummer from the company in april 2007. They took my credit card info and make copy of my driver license and creidt and told me they were just authrozing $1500.00 for deposit on the card. when I returned the car the next day I paid them cash for the rental amount of car and they assured me that the card would credited back to my card. when I got back to texas and saw that the charge was still there, I called them and they told me to give it a few days and it will show a credit, then I called them back after about 5 days because it was still not issued, and they told me that they had changed credit card companies and that's why its taking a little bit longer. then when I called another week later that wouldn't answer my calls then I called them from a different phone number and they answered and when they figured out it was me they hand up. then for a few weeks I guess they didn't answer any calls from my area codes but, then I reported it to wells fargo my credir card company, they investigated from last week of april 07 untill now november 07 they investigated and I got a letter dated oct 29, 07 claim that the charge is not false and I did recive the services from that compay first premiere enterprise aka 702 car rentals. that really makes me very upset they sent no proof and this guy at 702 car rentals is ripping people off still and getting away with it too. I am going to see what else I can do to stop his ongoing fraud but I am very upset also with the credit card company wells fargo visa that I faxed them the original reciept on april 26th, 07 and them also maild them a copy I stll have the original and it took them 6 months to investigate and they without showing any proof say that the charge is correct and I did recive the services form that company, what servies? it shows on the reciept as sec deposit. contact me if anyone else has experienced the same fraud by this company please the more truth we find about this companies fraud the better chances of us getting our hard earned money back and him getting what he deserves
