Situated on the top floor of the world-famous Palms Hotel and Casino, Alize is dining at its finest. Created by restaurateur Andre Rochat and considered to be his best yet, Alize astounds with its awe-inspiring view and luxurious appointments. Service is noticeably great, and the food will not disappoint.
At Alize, jackets and ties are not required, but clothing that is too casual will be rejected. Tennis shoes and sneakers are common offenders, as are t-shirts. No official dress code is established, Alize just asks that its patrons show respect for their fellow diners in attire.
