The Cirque brand alone does not make your show good. This can be seen in Criss Angel's Believe at the Luxor in Las Vegas, NV. The show is a collection of absurdities that will leave you wondering why you even paid for the ticket.
What is expected is a collection of death defying stunts, which is what Criss Angel is known for. What you will be left with is tricks that a five year old can perform. Pulling pigeons out of your sleeve does not constitute paying $150 to see.
Call me silly but the feeling was mutual amongst all those that were in the theatre the day of the opening. While some walked out, there were people asleep in their seats. I wonder if that was part of the show? If it was then it was great to see Criss Angel make his fans dissapear in masse.
If you have money to throw away, then do go watch this show but just rememeber that the time you lost watching this disaster cannot be recouperated.
