Another Wolfgang Puck restaurant, CUT is a fantastic steakhouse located in the Palazzo Resort. Only three cuts are offered: A-5 authentic Kobe beef from Kagashima, Prime corn-fed Nebraska sirloin that is completely hormone-free, and thirty-five day dry-aged beef from Illinois.
