Caesars Palace Conference Center has an expert catering department on-site to assist in making events at Caesars Palace memorable. Caesars
offers a wide range of catering menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner
and custom menus can be created upon request.

Caesars Event Center
Caesars Event Center is a 49,278 sq ft venue with unrestricted floor capacity and a 60 ft ceiling. The Event Center can accommodate up to 7,200 guests.
Palace Ballroom
The Palace Ballroom is a 28,592 sq ft facility that is completely column free. Palace Ballroom has a capacity of 3,200 people and is divisible into 3 separate meeting spaces. Additional features of Palace Ballroom include multiple adjacent service hallways, a large pre-function area and access to a freight elevator.
Augustus Ballroom
The Augustus Ballroom is 36,260 sq ft and has a capacity of 3,630. The space is divisible into 6 separate rooms and is also column free. Augustus Ballroom is surrounded by service hallways on three sides.
Other Ballrooms
Caesars Palace Conference Center has 6 additional ballrooms: Emperors Ballroom, Tiberius Ballroom, Claudius Ballroom, Roman Ballroom, Florentine Ballroom and Pompeian Ballroom. Each of these ballrooms is without columns and range in size from 5,467 sq ft to 16,874 sq ft.
Meeting Rooms
Caesars Palace Conference Center has 21 breakout Meeting Rooms that range in size from 286 sq ft to 988 sq ft. Caesars Meeting Rooms feature pre-function areas, client offices and dedicated television channels.
Boardrooms
Caesars Palace Conference Center has 3 boardrooms available: Imperial, Forum and Senate. Imperial Boardrooms feature data ports in tabletop, an attached assistants office and a drop-down screen. Forum Boardrooms are equipped with a private telephone room and offer a window view of the Caesars Pools. The Senate Boardrooms combine the features of the Imperial and Forum Boardrooms. All boardrooms are equipped with leather executive chairs and leather padded writing surfaces.
Boardrooms at Caesars Palace vary from 838 sq ft to 1,142 sq ft and can seat 24 people.
The Colosseum at Caesars Palace is the Las Vegas home of Celine Dion, Jerry Seinfeld and Elton John, and is also available as a venue for group seminars and events. The Colosseum facilities can accommodate 4,149 people, and features a stage spanning a half-acre.
Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis is available in the evenings for special events amidst Caesars Palace's collection of four grand pools and fountains. Garden of the Gods' 4.5 acre area can accommodate up to 4,000 guests.
