Clark County Marriage Bureau
Clark County Courthouse
All marriage licenses must be issued by Clark County. Out-of-State marriage licenses are not accepted in the state of Nevada. There is a $55 cash fee and you must have valid photo ID. There is no waiting period. Blood tests and appointments are not required. If you have been previously married you must provide the year, county and state in which the divorce was finalized. Ministers will request the original license prior to the ceremony or a copy of the original for all renewals.
