It was my wedding day and i had 4 appointments scheduled to get hair and makeup done at the Christophe Salon. My wedding was at 4:30 and I was told by the associates to come in at 10:30 and they would have us done in plenty of time. So first thing is they did not start any of us until 11:15 due to the fact that two ladies had come in 45 minutes late for there appointment and they still serviced them over people that were there on time. Second of all they hairstylist did not do any of the actual hairstyles that we requested. Then when it came to the makeup they did not have the airbrush makeup that was requested. Also the ladies that were 45 minutes late decided after getting there hair done that they would like makeup which they had no appointment for. It was now time for my group to get there makeup done and they took the two girl over us. The worst thing was they were so bad that my mom was not able to get done cause time had ran out. I did not get out of the salon until 3:15. My wedding was at 4:30 and had no time to get ready. They were the worse service ever and very rude. They did not even apologize after they knew we were mad. They first 45 minutes of being there they had me tears due to the fact that they were running so behind. Would not recommend.
