MGM Mirage CityCenter Resort & Hotel Las Vegas

MGM CityCenter, when completed in 2009, will be amongst the most unique and spectacular properties ever built in Las Vegas. CityCenter will collectively contain 10,000 units including the condominium residences and Located on the Las Vegas Strip, CityCenter is a world class urban area spanning over 70 acres.  It is connected to adjacent MGM properties by a tram providing transportation to the Bellagio and Monte Carlo properties.  The complex includes condominiums as well as a variety of high-end hotel rooms & suites.  There are five main parts of CityCenter:  Aria,  Mandarin Oriental, Vdara, Veer Towers, and the Shops at Crystals.  CityCenter was designed for energy efficiency.  A large portion of the complex is devoted to gaming, as well as dining and retail shopping.  CityCenter has a number of unique water light shows.  It has a fine art collection in addition to its other amenities.

Aria Resort and Casino at CityCenter

Aria is a luxury resort and casino created as a part of the overall CityCenter project.  The Hotel has made AAA's Five Diamond List, representing the highest rating of hotels reviewed by the Association.  It is considered one of the top hotels in the world.  The Hotel's theme could be described as an eco-friendly, green concept.  It uses technology for reduction of energy consumption, including rooms that can automatically turn off electronics and adjust the ambient temperature when an occupant leaves or enters the room.  The entrance to the Hotel displays a water and light show called "Lumia".  Aria has a lobby with a design influenced by the use of natural materials and glass architecture.  There is artwork throughout the lobby in addition to the inside of the facility.  Aria's Hotel has two towers of 61 stories and 51 stories.  The hotel has over 4,000 rooms & suites, 16 restaurants, 10 bars & nightclubs, a casino, pool area with cabanas, salon & spa, and a convention center.  There are over 500 "Sky Suites" which feature a private entrance & elevator, concierge, and lounge, in addition to other amenities.  Aria has the only casino in CityCenter.  Aria's casino has a high limit gaming area.  It hosts multiple restaurants and numerous bars & clubs.  Some leading restaurants include a steakhouse, a Japanese restaurant, and a number that profile a lineup of top celebrity chefs.  LIQUID pool lounge is a pool club concept at Aria that features two VIP pools, an endless number of chaise lounges, daybeds, private cabanas, and a 35-seat restaurant with a full service bar.  Aria has four ballrooms, in addition to dozens of meeting rooms.  Its parking facility is below ground.

Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas at CityCenter

Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas has been awarded the Five Diamond Award by American Automobile Association.  It also holds a Forbes Five Star Award.  It joins the status of CityCenter's Aria as a world class hotel.  Mandarin Oriental comprises 392 hotel rooms and 225 residential condominiums.  It spans 47 stories. The Mandarin Oriental hotel lobby is located on the 23rd floor.  The theme of the hotel is an Eastern design. There is a private owner's clubroom and lobby.  The Hotel features eight levels of parking. It has a noteworthy fine art collection in addition to numerous bars and restaurants.  Mandarin Oriental has a pool deck, multiple pools, cabanas, and Jacuzzis.  Its spa is two floors, including treatment rooms, lounges, and steam rooms.  It has views of Las Vegas Boulevard.  Mandarin Oriental has everything one would expect from a top rated hotel including space for business meetings and activities.

Vdara Hotel & Spa at CityCenter

Vdara Hotel & Spa comprises high rise condo residences, hotel rooms & suites, and a spa.  It is 57 stories with almost 1,500 units.  Vdara is a non-gaming facility, and has earned a Four Diamond Award from AAA.  Its rooms include two classes of studios, in addition to one or two bedroom suites, and penthouses.  Rooms include a kitchen and laundry facilities.  Its spa & salon is two stories.  There are private rooms, a sauna, lounges, smoothie bar, and fitness center.  Vdara is located across from Aria.

Veer Towers at CityCenter

Veer Towers design spans 37 stories, and includes elite residential condominiums.  The Towers include a private driveway, valet, and security.  Its lobby features drawings by renowned artist Richard Long.  Tower condos are designed with a view of the Las Vegas skyline.  "Sky Decks" on the roof have access to Veer Towers' infinity pools which include sun decks and Jacuzzis.  A fitness area is provided with locker rooms.

The Shops at Crystals in CityCenter

The Shops at Crystals in CityCenter provide a great shopping experience.  The mall area is a half million square feet with a unique design, featuring an extensive collection of luxury brands and boutiques.  There is a multi-color water light show and a number of top tier restaurants.hotel rooms by Vdara, Veer Towers and Mandarin Oriental, a full Las Vegas casino resort, and a shopping retail district.
