both students and neighborhood residents. You will find excellent pub
food, a large selection of beer, and great outdoor seating. New for '06
are five high-def screens for watching big games, Longhorn or
otherwise. Great prices, friendly people and a laid-back atmosphere
keep the Crown and Anchor Pub popular year-in and year-out.
This local favorite has the ramshackle look of a boathouse that's
missing its lake, but it makes up for it with its friendly, laid-back
vibe. A UT undergrad hangout, this is a good place to kill an afternoon
or evening with a cold beer and a burger or games of pool and darts.
The vast beer selection is a big draw, but there's still top-notch pub
grub like the bacon cheeseburger with fries.
