I have lived here for over three years and I must say this place has plummeted down hill fast. We are having break-ins and robberies 3-5 times a week. These break-ins are in the daytime and witnesses say that the robbers are residents of the complex, for which management doesn't care. Cars are broken into daily; one man was car jacked in the parking lot. This is also not a gated community as advertised (gate has been busted for 2 years), and the pool is only opened for 2 weeks in the summer. Maintenance just "rig" things up, so nothing is ever fixed correctly. The new apartments that they are renting really cheap will also jump in price if you want to renew (at least $100.00 I heard an employee laughing about) and if you don't renew your lease you have to give them 60 day notice. This place is so bad that most parents don't let their children out of the apartment.
