Located on the world famous Piazza San Marco in the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Enoteca San Marco is the second Las Vegas project for Mario Batali and his partner, winemaker Joseph Bastianich. This casual yet elegant eatery will be open all day, serving classic pizzas and pastas, a large selection of house-cured meats, Italian and local cheeses, artisanal gelato and regional Italian specialties as only chef Mario Batali could create.<br><br>Both Enoteca San Marco and B&B Ristorante will feature wine lists replete with Bastianich signature wines and selections from every region in Italy. Many wines will be available by the "quartino" to promote both serious and casual tasting experiences for 'wine geeks' and novices alike.
