Harrah's Hotel and Casino Conference Space

Conference Space			Do you like to keep all of your meetings close together? Hate to walk long distances to your meeting space from your guest room? Harrah's Las Vegas offers 25,000 square feet of space is in the same location, so all of your meetings will be together and not spread out all over the hotel. You can go from your guest room to the elevator and directly to your meeting without ever having to walk through the casino. Harrah's conference space is designed to hold one large meeting of up to 1300 people with 12 breakouts and an office, or a variety of small and medium sized meetings. Meetings for 10 400 people are our specialty. Unlike most Las Vegas convention hotels where small to medium sized groups are lost in the masses of annual conventions and tradeshows, Harrah's Las Vegas specializes in servicing more intimate groups that require extra attention to detail.
Meeting Rooms			The Nevada Ballroom is 12,000 square feet and may be divided into six (6) separate meeting rooms. It has a dedicated lift for easy load in and out. There are built in adjustable spotlights to bring attention to your speakers and products. We have also equipped the rooms with power outlets on the floor, making it easy to plug in your laptop for presentations. Tahoe, Reno, and Las Vegas all have their own drop-down screens. Full Audio/Visual and Internet services are available. Our Copper, Silver and Laughlin rooms are great for breakouts or for more intimate meetings of up to 100 people. These rooms are all equipped with built in screens. The Studio and Parlor rooms are also great for breakouts and meetings of up to 66 people. The Parlor rooms have access to an outdoor patio that is adjacent to the pool. This veranda is a great place to hold breaks and receptions. There is an option for every event at Harrah's Las Vegas. You're not confined to just the ballroom space. If you need to throw a gala dinner or a memorable themed reception, you have choices.
Conference Services			The moment you decide to confirm your conference at the Harrah's a dedicated Conference Service Manager will be assigned to your group. This person will become your new best friend in the planning of your program. Your Conference Service Manager will be by your side from start to finish. They will assist you with meeting room set-up, menu selection, rooming lists, audio/visual, and VIP amenities. Your Conference Service Manager can also assist in coordinating group reservations for our shows, restaurants and even Key Note Speakers. They will do whatever it takes to insure your meeting is a success. Once onsite, your conference will be started even before your attendees arrive with a pre-convention meeting. At this time, you will have the opportunity to meet all the of the key players in making your conference a success. Together we will create a successful and memorable experience for all your attendees.
Catering & Dining			At Harrah's Las Vegas we acknowledge the importance of food, atmosphere and flexibility, as it relates to the success of your event. The creativity and quality of your menus make a tremendous impact on your attendees. It is one of the key elements by which you are remembered. The Menu Harrah's recognizes the importance of food and strives for excellence in providing a positive memorable experience. Our Catering/Convention Service Managers and chefs take the time to understand your food and event requirements and are happy to create a menu, look, and feel that works for you, your event and your budget. Special Events If you're looking to have a private event in non-traditional meeting space, such as a showroom, or a restaurant, we're happy to help you with those arrangements as well. We have three restaurants and two showrooms that are possibilities for your special events.
