Length of Hikes:
Standardtrail hikes range from 4 to 6 miles (2 to 3 hours) with levels from moderate to moderately strenuous. Should you want more or less of a challenge or more or less of a hike, simply letthey know andthey will tailor the day to your desires.
Standard rock scrambling tours average 3 to 4 miles (2 to 3 hours) with levels from moderate to moderately strenuous to strenuous.
(Total tour time for standardtrail hikes is approximately 4 hours from hotel to hotel & up to 5 hours for rock scrambles)
They recommend that you bring sunglasses, a hat, wear well fitted sturdy shoes and during our cooler months, dress in layersdue to the possibility of changing temperatures throughout the day.
