The Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas Meetings & Events Offers 40,000 square feet of indoor function space, including an elegant 21,330-square-foot Casablanca Grand Ballroom, that can be divided into eight separate meeting areas.
More than 70,000 square feet of outdoor function space is also available, including multiple courtyards, a Moroccan-style palace garden, lavish pool decks and an open-air pavilion and lawn area.

Asilah and Safi find the origin of their names in Phoenician and Roman histories. Both ports of long standing, Asilah experienced a more tumultuous progression through the ages (as most Moroccan ports have), by way of successive invasions from the 2nd Century B.C. to the early 1900''s. Unlike Asilah, the port of Safi enjoyed relative political stability and economic growth. The few invasions it endured actually helped turn it to a fortified city, home of numerous intellectual and spiritual movements.
These boardrooms are both 522 square feet with a 11''6" ceiling. Their conducive business atmosphere will accomodate all your meeting needs from seminars, board meetings and meal functions to corporate offices.

The Casablanca Grand Ballroom was named after the Moroccan city that was and remains an object of intrigue and desire over the centuries. After being claimed by several countries, Casablanca was led into the twentieth century by General Lyautey of France. As consul of that region, Lyautey transformed Casablanca into the economic center and the North Africa trade platform as we have come to know it today.The Grand Ballroom measures 21,330 square feet and features a ceiling height of 24''. Each section ranges from 1,431 to 2,958 square feet, allowing for a variety of combinations to cater to your every meeting need (exhibit, trade show, reception, auditorium and others).

of these meeting rooms aside from Tangier, is dividable by a soundproof
air-wall into two equal-sized spaces, a perfect setup for your breakout
rooms. Tangier, our luxurious executive room, features the largest
boardroom table in the state of Nevada . All are equipped with in-room
thermostats for customized climate control. The Hyatt Regency's Lake Las Vegas Meetings & Events Fez, Kenitra, Rabat and Tangier
rooms are equipped with French Doors that can be opened to enjoy
natural lighting or to lead to the Straits, our outside meal function
areas. All these rooms feature 12''2" ceilings and range from 1,184 square feet to 1,841 square feet.

Nuala Pools Court

The nomadic Berbers used "noulas" - temporary housing made of sticks,
branches and mud to move rapidly and effortlessly from one region to
the next.
These
dwellings left their name for our poolside cabanas and by extension our
pools. This gorgeous space holds large outside events and is perfect
for themed parties, providing an elevated stage area and beautiful
background - our exotic nualas.

Lotus Court

As the main courtyard of Lake Las Vegas Resort, this palm grove blends
two of the dominant themes of Moroccan decor: flowing water and oases.
The fountain basin at the center of the courtyard reflects the form of
a North African Water Lily.The Lotus Court represents
a prime outside venue for all types of outside functions, offering the
gorgeous backdrop of Lake Las Vegas and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

La Menzeh
|

|
The ''menzeh'' or pavilion is central to the traditional Moroccan estate; a place of peaceful repose.
Inspired by this architectural cornerstone, we proudly provide our own pavillion and terrace to cater to large outdoor functions. The very versatile venue handles meal functions to receptions and social gatherings.

Off the Barbary Coast in the 15th and 16th centuries developed a
profitable industry - piracy. European countries were forced to pay
tribute for their ships to sail the Straits of Gibraltar. Morocco
resisted by establishing fortifications facing the sea, ''skalas'',
from which they could monitor trade routes.
