Northern Indian cuisine prepared
in tandoori ovens is the specialty here. The chicken curries are
prepared with almonds, spinach, dried fruit, sauteed onions and
scallions. Seafood curries are made with prawns and fresh fish.
Complete vegetarian dinners with eggplant, cauliflower, okra, spinach
and tomatoes are also offered. Basmati rice, imported from Punjab, is
prepared with saffron and vegetables.
