Chef Richard Sandoval explores traditional Mexican cuisine with a modern twist at Isla Mexican Kitchen, located inside Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. The Isla Tequila Bar features Isla's very own Tequila Goddess who welcomes Islaguests by personally offering a selection of cocktails. Isla's liquor selection, including an impressive variety of tequilas, as well as Margaritas, Sangrias and other Mexican cocktail favorites are all prepared with fresh-squeezed juices and fruit purees. Guests of Isla Tequila Bar can indulge in The Goddess Elixir, prepared table side by Isla's Tequila Goddess with Herradura Seleccion Suprema, Grand Marnier 100 Year Anniversary, Cointreau, and Fresh Citrus Syrup.
