This informal little cafe is more than a restaurant, it's a gathering
spot for re-located Hawaiian Islanders! They come, of course, for the
authentic Island dishes, which are bargain priced and generous in
their portions. The house favorites include the seafood combo, which
includes fried shrimp and mahi mahi with a choice of Hawaiian
barbecue beef, chicken or short ribs, Hawaiian barbecue chicken
glazed with a sweet pineapple ginger sauce, shredded Kalua pork, Spam
musubi (a sushi like roll made with grilled Spam and rice), and the
Loco Moco - two hamburger patties topped with two eggs and drenched
with gravy.
