I've never eaten at a mexican food restaurant that didn't provide complimentary chips and salsa...until now. You actually have to ask for them and it is a charge item.
Okay...small stuff to some but when my meal comes, I like to use salsa. You'd think that a business with "salsa" in the name might pride themselves on this condiment. That doesn't explain why I had to ask two different persons on two separate occasions for it and wait nearly 10 minutes to get it delivered.
The meal? Nachos (which were average in quality and less so in quantity for the price).
For the discriminating reader, it was Saturday around 2PM; the place was about 75% full.
