The Las Vegas Convention Center is
one of the most modern and functional facilities in the world - a 3.2
million square foot facility located within a short distance of more than
100,000 guest rooms. Operated by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors
Authority (LVCVA), the center is well known among industry professionals
for its versatility. In addition to more than two million square feet of
exhibit space, 144 meeting rooms (more than 243,000 square feet) handle
seating capacities ranging from 20 to 2,500. A grand lobby and registration
area (more than 225,000 square feet) efficiently link existing exhibit
halls with new exhibit and meeting rooms, and allowing simultaneous set-up,
break-down and exhibiting of multiple events.

cost of Las Vegas Convention Center exhibit space is highly competitive
with other facilities.
* Las Vegas Convention Center encompasses 3.2

* Sixteen exhibit halls (1,984,755 sq.ft.)
separable by movable walls.
* Lobby and Concourse areas of 109,515 sq.ft. and
144 meeting rooms, with seating capacities ranging from 20 to 7,500 for
public use, meetings, or convention trade show exhibit booth area. Room
combinations offer meeting expansion versatility.
* All exhibit halls on ground level have unlimited
floor capacity. Exhibit halls are air conditioned/heated and fire sprinkler
protected. Full utility service columns, perimeter and overhead throughout
the entire exhibit area
* Electrical power (110/120V 20 amps) single phase,
208/480V three phase. Underground power and communications systems in
parking lots Silver 1 & 2 Gold lots. Metal halide and fluorescent
overhead lighting throughout exhibit halls.
* Accessibility directly from parking lot to floor.
No dock or lifts necessary, however docks are available at east end of
North, Central and South Halls with levelers. Exterior on-site crate
storage.
* Ceiling heights: Exhibit Halls C1, C2, S1, S3, S4
- 25 feet; Exhibit Hall S2 - 30 feet; and Exhibit Halls C3, C4, C5, N1, N2,
N3, N4 - 35 feet. (N2 & N3 have area that is 22 feet, C3 concourse is
31 feet).

The Las Vegas Convention Center
offers a spectrum of high quality services complimenting its convention and
meeting facilities. With full service kitchen facilities, two restaurants
with seating for 1,200, 15 concession stands, and two Starbucks cafes,
every culinary need can be met with a taste of Las Vegas. Event services
include a master antenna system, local, cable and closed circuit television
and audio recording rooms at a nominal fee; convention housing services
provided at no cost to the association; registration services operated on a
fee basis; and badges and badge holders available upon request. The
LVCC's parking lots have over 5,200 spaces.

Bags to Go - Off-site Airline Baggage Program
Bags to go is an off-site baggage program that
allows any attendees traveling on a Southwest Airlines flight to check
their bags at the Las Vegas Convention Center. It is located in the Grand
Concourse across from Central Hall 3.
The cost for the service is $20 per person, and you
may check up to three (3) bags. Southwest Airlines is currently the only
airline to provide this service, but more airlines will be coming soon.
Bags may be checked up to 12 hours before your departure time, but no later
than 3 hours prior to your departure. The hours of operation are 7am - 3pm

Las Vegas
Convention Center Exhibit Halls
The cost for exhibit halls is the minimum daily
rate or $.25 per net square foot, whichever is greater, per individual
hall, per show day when used for commercial exhibits. Exhibit Halls used
for catered food functions only are no charge. The total number of move
in/move out days equal to one (1) times the number of show days at no
charge. Additional move in/move out days are at 50% of the minimum daily
rate per day. One half normal illumination will be allowed for move in and
move out days. Additional lighting, heating and air conditioning requested
by the Lessee will be assessed a charge based on actual usage during
move-in/out. Freight doors must be closed at this time.
Lobbies and Concourse
Lobbies and foyer areas are to be used for
ingress/egress, registration and association booths. No leased commercial
booths or manned publication booths are allowed.

Convention Center Meeting Rooms
When exhibit halls are used for commercial exhibits
and meeting rooms are used for association's use, meeting rooms will be
provided in the amount of 10 complimentary meeting rooms per 100,000 square
feet of exhibit space used. Additional rooms will be charged the minimum
daily room rate. One time set up per day - includes lights, heat, air,
custodial and sound service. Change overs and revised room set ups will be
charged the daily room rate. Meeting rooms used for exhibits will be
charged at double the daily rate. When Lessee subleases meeting rooms, a
fee will be charged. Rental of meeting rooms only is at the daily rate.

25% minimum daily rate per day (50% if heating/air
conditioning are required).

Convention Center - Deposits
One day non-refundable advance deposit not to
exceed $25,000 required to secure dates. Deposit will be credited when show
is invoiced. No interest will accrue by or be paid to Lessee. Balance is
due within 30 days of final invoice. Interest will be assessed at 1.5% per
month on balance due 30 days after billing date.

Convention Center - Cancellations
If a cancellation is made by Lessee, the Lessee
shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the total rent amount as liquidated
damages.

Convention Center - Insurance
Minimum requirement $1,000,000 combined single
limit bodily injury and broad form property damage coverage and automobile
liability coverage, including broad form contractual liability in which the
Lessee and LVCVA are named as additional insured. Insurance must cover
entire period of occupancy, including move in and move out.

Convention Center - Security
Lessee is responsible for complete security in all
areas leased, including exhibit areas, meeting rooms, loading dock areas
and emergency exits from the time of initial occupancy until completion of
move out. Such services, when required, will be at the expense of the
Lessee. All security arrangements are subject to approval by Las Vegas
Convention and Visitors Authority. Lessee will provide a security placement
plan for stationary or roving posts to the LVCVA Director of Security
thirty (30) days prior to show opening. LVCVA maintains twenty-four (24)
hour security for protection of building perimeter. Only licensed Nevada
security agencies will be used. The use of voluntary security is not
permitted.

Convention Center - Advertising
Advertising is possible in the common areas and
parking lots of all LVCVA facilities not leased and used as exhibit space
on a show by show basis. LVCVA will share in revenues derived from
advertising.

Lessee is responsible for keys requested.
Unreturned keys will be invoiced at $20 per key.

Convention Center - Janitorial & Cleaning Service
LVCVA personnel will clean common use public areas,
meeting rooms (except when utilized as exhibit area), restrooms and
association offices. All other janitorial and cleaning service, beginning
with the first day of move in, during show day and through final day of
move out, is the responsibility of Lessee.

Exhibit floor plans, or any revision thereof, must
be approved by an LVCVA Fire Safety Coordinator before sale of exhibit
space. Lobby and Mezzanine floor plans must be submitted for approval.

Services.
The LVCVA reserves the sole and exclusive right to
handle for the Lessee, and its sublessees, any telecommunications,
newsstand, gift shop and business center services, including normal
telephone services, cellular telephone services, facsimile, copies, baggage
holding, small package freight, business equipment, computers and any other
services associated with telecommunications, newsstand, gift shop or
business center activities. The Lessee, or its sublessee, shall have no
right to contract out these services. The exclusion for gift shop goods and
services shall not include the sale of show merchandise.

Requirements for all Exhibitor

The following requirements must be
satisfied by any service contractor or display house before providing
services (constructing or setting exhibits), or any other company or
individual providing a service on the property of the Las Vegas Convention
Center or Cashman Center.
1. Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Fee
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority
requires a $250 annual fee from all Independent Service Contractors
providing a service at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Cashman Center.
