Getting Married at the Luxor
Those familiar with the Luxor's decor and style might be expecting a strangely-themed, tomb-like wedding chapel buried deep within the pyramid. Be suprised, then, by the beautiful, simple, and traditionally decorated chapels. The whole wedding area, from the reception desk to the hall leading to the chapel, is well-done and well-maintained. The rooms have windows, embedded with rows of iron circles, promoting an opulent, castle-like atmosphere.
The staff is friendly and experienced. Wedding coordinators that work with just one facility gain enough insight over time to be extremely useful to new brides and grooms. Most of the Luxor's chapel staff is intimitately familiar with the hotel, casino, and wedding area. Wedding parties would be wise to take advantage of their wealth of information, and treat them well.
The Luxor Wedding Facilities
Just strolling past the reception area of the Luxor's wedding center will let you know that tasteful decorations will accompany your wedding. The hallway leading to the sitting room and the chapel is an arched, carpeted affair complete with photos on the walls and art-noveau wrought iron supports. The mood is elegant and quiet.
Just inside, the sitting room hosts guests on their way into or out of a wedding. It's a great place to congregate, leaning on the fireplace mantel or relaxing on the many couches. The Luxor will never hold more than one wedding at a time, so parties will never be confused and brides won't have to get married right next to another girl with a tacky dress.
Don't forget about spa visits on the day of or day before your wedding!
Wedding Flowers and Food
The floral arrangements are designed to be simple, beautiful, and to not overwhelm wedding planners with a huge array of paralyzing choices. Choose from a moderate selection of Cascade, Hand Tied, or Round Bouquets, and a few styles of Boutonnieres. Many different colors can be combined to perfectly match a wedding's palette.
