First things first: Say you're on the world famous Las Vegas Strip and you're
thinking, "Where can I find a place that serves pizza and margaritas and I won't
need a co-signer when it comes time to pay my bill?" you need to look no further
than the east side of Las Vegas Blvd. for Margarita Baby Pizza Kitchen and
Bar. The margaritas come in five flavors like a first box of crayons and you
can mix and match them into an artist's palette of hundreds if not thousands of
wonderful combinations. They deserve their name in lights on the marquee. They
were exquisite. They come in souvenir cups and glasses including the 50 oz.
MONSTER which is a cool $10.00 and offers unlimited refills and I am quite sure
that that generous offer is rarely accepted. The food offerings come from a
fairly limited menu which is befitting a place like Margarita Baby. A quaint,
cozy, friendly little oasis on The Strip. There is an outdoor patio which sits
alongside Las Vegas Blvd.where the sound from the several flat screen TVs inside
is piped. I'm not sure that watching TV without the sound isn't a much better
choice than listening to TV without the picture but I also believe that when The
Echelon megaresort is built right across the street in the not too distant
future there'll be plenty of much better things to keep my eyes trained upon
than a TV anyhow. I'll give them my vote here and now for future planning.
The
place has some amenities that you wouldn't expect to find in a pizza place and
in spite of it's small size, Margarita Baby stacks up very well against every
other restaurant in their category. Pizza, salads, burgers and sandwiches and
none of them are named after obscure Swedish film stars or even more obscure
vacation resorts on the Italian Riviera. We started our dining with an order of "Frings" which consists of
french fries and onion rings in large proportions which were seasoned well and
served with sides of ranch dressing and ketchup like what you'd get in an old
fashioned diner. With the addition of a vowel here or there I'm thinking that a
Donald Trump connection and the Frings could be very big. The New York pizza
that I enjoyed (and I emphasize enjoyed) was very good. I'm
sure that the fact that the dough and sauce are prepared on site daily had a lot
to do with just how tasty that pizza was. My partner in dining and love (not
necessarily in that order) ordered a club sandwich which had a wonderful grilled
chicken breast, near perfect crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato on an
outstanding ciabatta bun. It was delicious.
The cheesecake again was
somewhat surprising just because it's offered in a pizza parlor and even
more uncommon for it's quality. It really did melt in our mouths and topped off
a meal that far surpassed our expectations on several different levels. I hear
that breakfast is soon to be on the menu and it will start at 5:00AM. That's
about as accommodating as it gets, particularly on The Strip. Not pretentious in the least and good food and drink at affordable
prices with some surprising amenities makes Margarita Baby a regular stop now on
our Fantastic Gastric Journey across Las Vegas. If you work or party or both in
the area or just want a great margarita and some very good food then stop in and
see the folks at Margarita Baby Pizza Kitchen and Bar. If you do it once you'll
do it again.

Margarita Baby Pizza Kitchen and Bar is a small, but very comfortable and lively spot on the Las Vegas Strip. What makes this spot unique and so inviting is refreshing lack of corporate influence. In an area where all of the places to eat seem to follow a theme, Margarita Baby Pizza focuses on providing a social atmosphere that is inviting to anyone who may be passing by.
Margarita Baby Pizza offers seating in booths inside the restaurant and an outdoor patio area. Whether outside or inside, this restaurant offers a perfect environment for people-watching, which I think is the most entertaining activity during a meal. If not, the restaurant has flat screen televisions which were tuned into “the world’s worst police chases” on my visit.
Margarita Baby Pizza Kitchen caters to two types of clientele, those in the mood for some good old-fashioned American food, and those who prefer to sample one of a variety of Margaritas available at the bar in yard long cups. The food menu is a simple collection of great food that includes appetizers like hot wings, nachos and other finger foods, burgers and build-your-own pizza. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger served with fries that was excellent.
Margarita Baby Pizza Kitchen and Bar offered a great lunch experience…the service was good and staff was very pleasant. I recommend it to anyone in search of something different, fun and convenient.

I've visited this place for lunch last week. Despite rush lunch hour (the bar was almost full), we had a good time there. We were seated in comfortable booth and served really quickly. I had swiss and mushroom burger which was very good. It's a pity I didn't try one their margaritas, they looked very good. Except of margaritas, this place serves good old american food: burgers, pizzas, wings, sandwiches. Nothing really special, but the things they do, they do it well.
I would definitely recommend this place. If you are on the strip, hungry and have just little time to eat, this is a good place to try...
