Margaritaville is a multi-level Caribbean-themed American restaurant located at Flamingo Las Vegas, overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville features five bars, live entertainment nightly and a 3,000 sq ft retail store.
Margaritaville's menu include entrees such as Grilled Sirloin Steak topped with Pineapple-rum Sauce and served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables or fresh fish items including Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Salmon and Tilapia, Grilled or Blackened and served with Pineapple Salsa, Carribean Butter or Jerk Barbecue Sauce. Jimmy Buffet's MargaritavilleCheeseburger in Paradise, a 7-oz USDA choice ground Angus patty topped with cheddar chees, lettuce, tomato and red onion, and served on a sesame seed bun. Desserts at signature items include the Margaritaville include Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Cake.
