Min Sok Chon Las Vegas
| If you're not familiar with Korean fare, you'll want to make sure you
come hungry when visiting this family-friendly restaurant. A multitude
of side dishes, known as pan'chan, are marched to your table in stages
before your meal arrives. The pan'chan change daily, but include
choices like spinach, bean sprouts, cabbage and cooked potatoes. Main
dishes are led by goat meat served with red dipping sauce, seafood
pancakes laced with shrimp, oysters and calamari and spicy grilled
short ribs. An assortment of sake and Korean beer are on hand to wash
everything down. While the restaurant may look simple enough from the
street, the interior decor is well thought out, with large booths
covered in colorful cushions that rest on pine benches, bubbling
fountains and framed photos hanging from the walls. Straw mats act as
dividers between each booth, adding a privacy element that you're sure
to appreciate. |
