Technical Services
Floor boxes that contain power, telephone, Internet, LAN and video distribution are also located throughout the facility on 30' centers. Broadband Internet connections, patchable fiber and Ethernet cable provide the capability of creating digital universes on the fly. Networks can also be created within the convention facilities. An extensive catwalk system runs throughout the ceiling with ready access to power, data, video and audio distribution.

You could also call this the bells and whistles department. For small meetings or huge conferences, we make sure youre both seen and heard. Whether you are planning a meeting for five business executives or a convention for 3,000, the Mirage convention facility offers unparalleled technical infrastructure for production and meetings. Our Convention spaces offer over 170,000 square feet of finished ballroom and meeting rooms with features including:
* In-ceiling drop down projectors and screens in most rooms
* A Broadcast Panel including 16 channels of Audio and 4 channel Clearcom
* Triax patch points patchable to a Video router and the Broadcast panel
* A Tannoy overhead speaker system with digital mixers available at AMX panels throughout.

* A fiber backbone throughout the floor space
The Mirage Convention Audiovisual Department maintains a top of the line equipment inventory and has the creativity and technical expertise to tackle any event. Here at the Mirage we pride ourselves in offering state of the art, technical services rivaling any national AV company. Our experienced in-house AV staff is able to draw upon years of production and touring experience to make your event the stunning success you have envisioned. We offer audio, video, and lighting show design and implementation. No other facility offers this kind of flexibility while maintaining aesthetic beauty.
