with two eggs or an egg and a meat choice. The entrees (priced from
$4.79) are served with home fries, corn bread and toast plus a biscuit
or homemade banana bread.

grilled blend of cheeses, patty melt on rye, tuna and turkey surprise.
Sides that can be selected to accompany the melts are soup, salad,
cottage cheese, tomatoes, potato salad, cole slaw or French fries.

Blue Plate Specials change daily and include selections such as a
sloppy joe, chicken and dumplings or a fish dish. In fact, every
Friday's Blue Plate Special is Beer Batter Fish Fry, consisting of two
pieces of fish, a heaping of cole slaw plus French fries for $5.59.
Homemade soup is served by the cup ($1.99) and the bowl ($2.79). There also are veggie sandwiches and low-calorie offerings.
On the opposite end of the menu, ask about desserts, including tempting banana cream pie, tapioca and ice cream.
