Nathan Burton is generally considered to be a great comedian, able to develop a good rapport with the tourists, and a decent magician, producing some "how did he do that" moments alongside of a couple "he had it up his sleeve" moments. He's young and creative, so the show changes in small ways all the time. Do expect to see his signature illusion every time, as he pops out of a microwave. In fact, expect to see a lot of vanishing and reappearing, as that seems to be Burton's favorite trick.
