Nathan Burton - The Show for All Ages
Nathan Burton keeps his all-ages appeal in a Las Vegas Show designed to generate laughs. "Family-friendly" in Las Vegas is an interesting phrase... the showgirl costumes that come standard here would be considered risque in the Midwest or South United States. Nathan Burton's dancers are Las Vegas classics, so be ready.
Nathan Burton is generally considered to be a great comedian, able to develop a good rapport with the tourists, and a decent magician, producing some "how did he do that" moments alongside of a couple "he had it up his sleeve" moments. He's young and creative, so the show changes in small ways all the time. Do expect to see his signature illusion every time, as he pops out of a microwave. In fact, expect to see a lot of vanishing and reappearing, as that seems to be Burton's favorite trick.
Las Vegas in the Afternoon
Most afternoon shows in Las Vegas are a little cheaper and a little more peaceful than their evening counterparts, and Burton's is no exception. It's a great way to lead up to dinner, and a great theater in which to escape the hottest part of the day. Plus, Burton himself isn't shy, and will gladly meet the audience after a show. He knows that his popularity, and therefore his eventual success or failure in Las Vegas, is simply about how well people like him. He's happy to sign autographs and pose for pictures. There's a lot of audience participation, a lot of laughs, and a lot of charisma.
Burton is still a relative newcomer to Las Vegas, so his show is still cheap. But he works hard, gives his best, and is growing in popularity and value every year. See this up-and-coming magician/comedian while he's a good deal!
