Neros is one of Caesars Palace's gourmet Las Vegas restaurants, specializing in dry-aged prime beef, tender chops, fresh fish and seafood. Neros' chef, Sean Griffin, has created a signature cuisine for Neros that distinguishes this Las Vegas steak house from other steak restaurants found in Las Vegas.
