| This stand-alone restaurant has a
sprawling dining room with folk murals on the wall, massive booths as
well as table seating. Traditional Greek specialties are made from
imported extra virgin olive oil, cheeses, olives, herbs and spices from
Greece. Authentic dishes include mousaka (eggplant, potato, ground
beef), pastichio (baked pasta, ground meat and cheeses), grape leaves
stuffed with ground meat, rice and herbs, spanakopita (layers of filo
filled with spinach, feta cheese and fresh herbs), stewed beef
meatballs, braised lamb in tomato sauce and beef, lamb or chicken gyros. |
