This storefront cafe in the
Smith's Shopping Center does a good rendition of Thai and Chinese
cuisine. Popular with the nearby medical center crowd are the lunch
specials that include kung pao shrimp, shrimp with bamboo shoots, lemon
chicken and chicken panang (sweet curry). The Pad Thai noodles are the
house specialty and they're served with chicken, beef, pork, shrimp
and/or vegetables. The accompanying sauces can be hot and spicy so
check with your waiter for temperature ratings.
