Place condominium hotel will be located east of the Palms hotel towers,
connected to the Palms by a beautiful, glass- enclosed, elevated moving
walkway, permitting residents constant admittance to the amenities at
the Palms. This 50-story, 520-foot condominium hotel will feature 599
condos with an exclusive, gated entryway, a 50,000-square-foot pool and
spa and valet parking, just to name a few. Prices will start from
$500,000 up to $7 million and will include studio condominiums of 600
square feet, one bedroom units of 1,200 square feet, and several 7,000
square foot luxury penthouse suites. A new 40 story hotel tower
containing 347 rooms and suites is currently undergoing construction,
including 26 mega suites and sky penthouses and featuring many original
amenities. Mr. Hugh Hefner will reside in the top three stories of the
new hotel tower with a Playboy Club and a Playboy Mansion Penthouse
with his own private rooftop pool. Additionally, Palms Place will be
the first-ever hotel-casino to open a recording studio. This 8,000
square foot studio will offer state-of-the-art equipment and permit
artists to record from private units in their suites. Finally, some
additional highlights include an intimate 2,200- seat showroom,
approximately 60,000-square-feet of meeting space, two new restaurants
and specialty retail shops, along with a new pool with private
bungalows and a unique look will be an extraordinary centerpiece for
the resort. |
