The French Bistro has benefitted from plenty of representation in Las Vegas, due in no small part to great food that never goes out of style. Pinot Brasserie, in the Venetian Hotel and Casino, is another great place to sample the cuisine of France on the Strip, albeit with a West Coast flair not usually seen in Paris. The food is delicious and the servers are welcoming and patient. While it's not the absolute best take on French food, it is a great restaurant for the price - not super cheap, but not soul-sellingly expensive either.
