Restaurant Charlie is a brand new restaurant located in the Venetian's Palazzo Resort on the Las Vegas Strip.  The opening of Restaurant Charlie at The Palazzo Las Vegas commemorates the 20^th anniversary since the opening of Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago.

The Menu at Restaurant Charlie is focused mainly on seafood, meat and vegetable dishes.
