Stratosphere Restaurants

The restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere Top of the World

A fantastic and expensive dining experience, the Top of the World restaurant is located on level 106 of the tower. It's well known as a romantic dinner spot, with a 360 degree view of the entire surrounding valley. The dining area rotates once every hour and 20 minutes, so that most visitors are able to make at least one full circle while they are enjoying their meal.

Roxy's Diner

Roxy's 50's Diner at the Stratosphere The energetic 50's theme is kept alive by poodle-skirted waitresses and pompadour-sporting waiters. All the best oldies are played at a lively pace throughout lunch and dinner, and the menu is classic Americana. As an added benefit, everybody on the wait staff is a gifted singer and performer. From time to time, a server will grab the microphone and belt out "Stand By Me" or "Devil in Disguise." The performances are not reflected in the price, as a standard menu item runs about $12.00. A fun place to eat.

The Stratosphere's buffet signBuffet

Stratosphere's buffet is average for Las Vegas, meaning it has a huge, reasonably-priced selection. Buffet competition on the Strip is pretty fierce, and the Stratosphere is promoting theirs in a couple of different ways; anyone willing to join the player's club will get 25% off breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and guests of the hotel should consider the $25 deal, where for one price the buffet area will be open all day to them. It's like an amusement park pass for food.

Fellini's Italian Restaurant sign.

Fellini's Ristorante

An upscale Italian restaurant inside the Stratosphere, Fellini's is surprisingly inexpensive for the quality. Entrees go for less then $20 in some cases, and all of the food is at the very least delicious. The restaurant is indoors, with a patio built as if it is outdoors. Diners can sit and watch the action in the casino from their tables, feeling as if they are half outside.

A drink by the poolLevel 8 Pool Cafe

Simple food, designed to be delicious under the sun. Breakfast burritos and fresh fruit are on the menu in the morning, and lunch brings classics like chicken tenders, ahi tuna lettuce wraps, and pulled pork sliders. Plenty of variety in drinks and cocktails ensures pleasant days lounging by the pool, and everything is reasonably priced... reasonably priced for Las Vegas, that is.

The lounge on level 107Level 107 Lounge

The Level 107 Lounge, despite it's uninspired, literal name, is a real cool, real mellow place to drink and talk. Situated directly over the Top of the World restaurant, visitors to the lounge overlook diners and, farther out, the very same 360 degree Las Vegas Valley view that the restaurant patrons are enjoying. The atmosphere is quiet until the band kicks up in the evening, and then the atmosphere is jazzy and cool. The Level 107 lounge will make everyone feel more awesome than they actually are.

El Nopal

One of the best casual restaurants in the Stratosphere, El Nopal serves Mexican food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Prices are reasonable, and service is friendly. Customer might find themselves out of luck on busy weekends, as the few tables in the El Nopal dining area can fill up quickly, but at any other time seating will be no problem. The food is delicious, but expect to wait a couple of extra minutes for it.

Tower Pizzaria

A suprise! Some of the best pizza in Las Vegas is served in this minor food joint right by the tower entrance. Huge slices covered in generous, fresh toppings fully satisfy diners. The slices are pre-made, kept hot, and then reheated before serving, a proccess that works well here for some reason. The dining area is unremarkable, but to-go boxes are available for the asking, and the Stratsophere has no shortage of cool places to hang out.

Wetzels Pretzels

Just like the branch in your local mall, Wetzels Pretzels serves a variety of pretzels, clever hot dogs, and lemonade. A better place to snack then to eat a full meal, this tiny eatery by the Tower entrance provides a small seating area.

Ben and Jerry's

The next time you ask a friend what they want, and they give you the smart-aleck answer: "World Peace," take them here and pick up the "Imagine Whirled Peace" ice cream flavor. The carefully-led, enviromentally-concious, peace-loving Ben and Jerry's ice cream company has brought their philosophy to the Stratosphere.
