The Etter family established Tenaya Creek Restaurant & Brewery in November 1999. Their vision for the restaurant was simple and straight forward: Provide the finest caliber of cuisine and friendly service, typically found on the Las Vegas Strip in a much more convenient location...their local neighborhood.

The Etter family first moved to the community in 1965. As the four siblings -- Christina Etter Roush, Kathryn Etter Telles, Tim Etter, and Dan Etter -- grew up, so did their desire to start a family endeavor in Las Vegas. More than 35 years later, they were able to bring their dream to fruition. Tenaya Creek Restaurant & Brewery is a culmination of their professional experience and desire to bring good taste to the neighborhood.

The Tenaya Creek Brewery evolved from a concept to create a state-of-the-art brewery for Master Brewer Tim Etter to showcase his award-winning ales and lagers in Las Vegas. The Etter family envisioned Tim's brews accompanying the best food, served in a neighborhood location -- a place where friends can come together and become part of the family at Tenaya Creek.
