Dogs are allowed to bark all day and night.
Construction is allowed with no notice to neighbors.
If you need a loved one to help take care of you they will be treated poorly because the people who live here hate youth and are bitter and mean.

The management at 3 crowns sucks.
Cats roam everywhere spraying on everything.
NEVER tell you when the water is going to be shut off.
If I had the money I would move.
