	I had ordered tickets through the ticketsmyway website and found good seats for a decent price. The event I wanted to attend was sold out so I was thrilled to have found seats available. I ordered the tickets and my card was charged and an email was sent confirming my purchase. A couple days later I checked the status of my order and had some questions regarding the "estimated ship date". I waited on hold for a while but when I finally reached someone they were very apologetic. They had encountered some hang ups with the order I had placed. They said the tickets were no longer available but they would try to accommodate me as best as possible. They called me back the next day and said they had found tickets for the next day with better seats. I accepted since I was going to be in New York for three days and it was during my stay. I wasn't too thrilled about having to go the next day but they did get me better seats and offered a discount for a future purchase. At least they took responsibility for their mistake and did their best to make it right.

	This company is awful - do NOT deal with them - try calling their phone number on their website or send them an e-mail - you will not get a hold of a person. They scammed me out of (4) Celine Dion concert tickets for last night, September 3rd in Buffalo, NY. They charged my credit card on February 29th for the total amount and sent me a confirmation note saying I would get the tickets a week before the show. I didn't. Don't believe me? Google the company's name and see all the awful reviews from other people - the company is being sued - they are paying people to write good reviews on their site which are not true. Stay away from this company - I have letters written to the Attorney General and BBB and also to Google - how can this site still be up and running? They are a TOTAL FRAUD!!!

	This site sold me tickets to a Linkin Park concert 3 months before the envent and confirmed the tickets would be delivered to me one week before the event. One week before the envent I have to call them to find out the tickets are not available because they couldn't get them (oversold or something) and all they can do is refund me. That was last March and It's now September and I still have not got a refund. Trying to contact them again I've got no one to answer their phone, been put on hold for more then 30 minutes and had to hang up and been told the tried to refund me but the transaction failed and they didn't know. Now they say they can't reissue the credit and I have to deal with my Credit Card Company to try and dispute it. This site is a total rip off and Scam! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM unless you want to get screwed.
