Ron ordered a percini rib eye steak and I ordered the crab stuffed salmon. I have to say it again, by George, its great. Why?
For one all, Triple George steaks are aged 28 days. The prime rib eye which Ron Katz ordered was also marinated in percini mushroom sauce for three days. My dish was baked in a special sauce and stuffed with garlic in the salmon. Juicy and fresh as it should be, only the way a world class chef would have it.
