| 08/18/2010 | L & S Air Conditioning | Stargazer 744 | fortunately I was stuck with them because First American Home Warranty would NOT allow me to change. It took 6 technicians (YES SIX!!!!!) to come out over a period of 18 (YES YOU READ CORRECT - EIGHTEEN) days to analyse and repair. One person changes a capacitor or two, another changed a fan with a motor that constantly was 'over amping', another changed the coolant, another FORGOT to put in coolant, another 'just did what his boss told him to do' (Leo the owner). In the end we got the Contractors Board involved otherwise between the Home Warranty Company and L&S, both idiots, NOTHING would get done. Know your rights - The Contractors Board considers aircon an emergency and as such the Contractor requires to repair the problem IMMEDIATELY - not like what we endured, and in 106F - 109F temps. It amazes me that if I performed to the level of this incompetence, I WOULD BE FIRED, but these morons along with idiots that told me "I'm just doing what the rules say" get to keep theirs. |

| 08/05/2010 | L & S Air Conditioning | Pam Plum | They were referred by the home warranty company, they have been slow to arrive quick to leave. 4 technicians have shown up, the third one had no idea left in 30 min and two days later they sent somone else out after many phone calls. Their office is slow to answer the phone. Have had to wait for them to arrive for 5 days in the last month. The air is out again tonight 5 days after the last time they replaced the fan motor. Would never call them again and will ask for someone else from the warranty company this time. |

He stuttered and repeated himself over and over again. Did not defend his client in a proper way. He did not know what he was doing. he was more concerned with his honeymoon. Would not return phone calles. he was not prepared and was very rude. Planing on taking action. filing a complaint with the sate bar. have one other person on board would like more! | |

I rent a lot of cars here and have no problems but I see it all the time people don't read what they're signing and get mad it's their own fault. It post in the office there is a two day minimums on out of town rentals. | |

They were called out for a service problem and within minutes of the tech leaving my warranty company call and said my claim was DENIED as the problem was "pre existing" The air worked the day BEFORE! Tech was LAZY .. only was interested in his $60.00 service call. Will be filing a lawsuit against this company and its tech and the Warranty Company, Alliance aka Home Warranty, for BAD FAITH! | |
| 07/22/2010 | Rebel Adventure Tours | christine myers | As a family of four travelling the west of America for a month we went on many tours. This was THE BEST. Richard or Uncle Rich as my teenagers got to call him was just amazing. With my son riding shotgun with him we picked up a lovely couple from New York.. Dave and Erica, great companions to travel with.. I would say 6/8 people for this tour is perfect. It is a long journey broken up by stunning scenery and lots of info from richard. he stopped at Hoover Dam and took creative pics of us with our cameras. When we got to the west rim he came with us throughout making us all laugh and creating the most amazing photos for us .The canyon is Awesome and you get there before all the coach parties arrive. a few people along the way even said "Is that your guide"?.. "Lucky You." More than adequate lunch to eat at the edge of the canyon. Photos at the stunning lake mead on the way back. Hummer was oldish but comfy seats, fast enough and great fun, plenty of drinks in cool box. Great trip. |

Out of my 20+ years working in the legal field I am qualified to say that Ms. LoBello is one of the hardest working, intelligent and successful attorneys I have ever worked with. Her leadership and integrity is beyond reproach which is why the firm is so successful while other firms are breaking up and going out of business. Your reasons for sporting such ill will is clearly due to some other hidden agenda you have. | |

| 07/01/2010 | Kirk-Hughes & Associates | chris heckman | STAY CLEAR OF THIS LAW FIRM. I, as well as other injured workers retained them to represent us in our fed. worker's comp cases. I didn't find out that I was not even being represented by them. I also later learned that the person by the name of Shelly Bawa was not even an attorney. She represented herself as an attorney, gave out attorney business cards. She is not even a paralegal. We filed a grievance with the NV Bar Ass. and won. She received a public reprimand. The additionally sad part is that if you do an attorney, the Bar still has nothing reflected. I have since emailed the Bar and I have received nothing from them. |
