| 08/18/2009 | Italia Express | mary Chandler | Worst experience I've had in Las Vegas. I clearly ordered a mushroom pizza and I got a cheese pizza. The guy confused himself with other customers’ orders and humiliated me for “changing my mind”. I never wanted a cheese pizza!!! And never ordered a cheese pizza and changed my mind to have a mushroom! My friend was right beside me and saw the whole thing. Absolutely ridiculous services . Who doesn't understand the concept of "customer's always right"? Especially when i did not make a mistake in the first place Pasta Trio was basically 3 type of pasta that’s been thrown into some very salty tomato sauce and A LOT cheese. Would not recommend the food nor this fast food joint . Yuck |

| 08/17/2009 | Las Vegas Jewelry Exchange | Rashaad Evans | I had some scrap gold with diamonds in it. I had no clue what I had or what it was worth. All I wanted was some cash to help pay my rent. I shopped it around to some other jewelery exchange spots, pawn shops and a guy on craig's list (if you've wondering, dont try it). I finally went to LV Jewelry Exchange and the guys there were really nice, explained everything to me and paid me more than eryone else in cash! I recommend these guys, dont wate your time and gas like I did. |

| 08/16/2009 | Phototechnik International | Rose Scalf | Checked with a few photographers in Las Vegas before deciding to go with Phototechnik International. Half the ones I called, either didn't answer their phones or didn't call back. Small-time operators I guess. The staff at Phototechnik International answered promptly, listened to my job specifications, and quickly sent a professional estimate. The rates were good and I scheduled for the following week. Brian Janis (aka "Chief Photodude") was ready for the shoot when I arrived with my products. When we started the shoot, I couldn't believe how great my things looked on the monitor I was watching and we were done in no time, ahead of schedule. My brochures and website look fabulous ! Many thanks to the folks at Phototechnik. | |
| 08/14/2009 | Valley Express Rent A Car | abby glow | I just went in to enquire and they were so unclear about charges so I decided not to go ahead with rental with them. They went ahead and charged my credit card $450 anyway and now I will have to chase that up. I get a bad feeling they will not easily return my money. | |
| 08/13/2009 | G Dallas Horton And Associates | c s | Not enough room provided here to tell the entire nightmare. G. Dallas Horton & Associates is a typical scam attorney. Promises the world then you don't hear from him until he presents a LAME first offer from the insurance company to "compensate" you for your injuries. Found out that many PI attorneys in Vegas just sit back and wait for the first offer since they have so much business due to the high auto accident rate in Vegas. Going to court to "fight" for you is NOT worth their time. Attorneys will try to stick you with a bait and switch contract to sign while you are in pain at a very high percentage...some as hight as 40%. That outrageous fee is NOT fair for an out of court settlement that involves little work on the attorney's part. Don't expect a PI attorney to do much for you. Their real employer is the insurance company so they don't want to bite the hand that feeds them. You can do better calling the insurance co on your own !!! |

| 08/09/2009 | Eagle One Property Management | tony eggoll | Two weeks after moving into a house im renting through eagle one (greg and aliah) I found out the home is in foreclosure. I told the managment company and they said everything is fine. Dont worry. Three months later i recieve a letter stating the house will be sold if not paid. Again i contact the managment company and they say everything is fine! Dont worry" Three months go by and i get a knock on the door from a guy who tells me the hose was sold and im being evicted! At this point the managment company is telling me the same thing. "dont worry. everything is fine!" The house was sold on june 1st. Now the managment company dosent want to give me my deposit back so i can find a new place. The contract i signed is now void cause the home owner and managment company didnt pay the house and the home was sold. So where is my deposit? good question. Now what i havent told you yet is the managment company, the broker, and home owner are all friends. The home owner owns like 18 houses in vegas and the managment company knew the house was being foreclosed on since day one(they manage the all properties for the home owner and the broker). They try to milk every dollar out of you and steal your money! Do not use this company. A friend of mine tried to use them and they tried to rent a home already in foreclosure to her. Eagle one is a bunch of criminals! | |
| 08/08/2009 | Bite | Derrick Brownlee | This is an excellent and a highly recommended show. I think that it it best suited for an open-minded audience who is not afraid to embrace the sensual and seductive side of the dark world. This show is creatively set to classic rock combining stunts and dancing to end up with jaw dropping edge of your seat performance. I would go see it again anytime. | |
| 08/05/2009 | Terracon | Luke Niek | I work for Terracon, who was recently given a bad review on LasVegas.net (posted below). As we are a customer service based company, we are proud of our service and ethics. It is hard to see something like this written about Terracon. We would appreciate any advice you have to offer. |

| 08/01/2009 | Randolph H Goldberg Law Office | Alma Sherman | I was living in my house for 5 months and not making payments to my mortgage company. I worried everyday about when I would get notice on my front door or when a constable would come to my house and kick me out. I lost my job and Last November of 2008 my mortgage adjusted and almost doubled. I was prepared for a mortgage going up. I was prepared for it because I thought my property value would go up too and I would have been eligible to refinance my home at a better rate. I didn't know we would enter a recession and jobs where going to be cut. I'm not a very technical person, but did my job well for 6 years. The problem was the rising debt, house underwater, and lowering of income. The entire situation has had me walking a tight rope and worried sick. So now after not paying the mortgage for 5 months, I worry all the time, worry when I wake up until I go to sleep and sometimes wake up in the middle of the night, just to worry some more. I can't afford an attorney, heck I can't even pay my mortgage. I went to see Randy Goldberg after seeing the bankruptcy commercials over and over again. I was shocked when I got to his office. By far, I'm not the only person doing this. Mr. Goldberg saw me personally, I was even more surprised, I thought I would meet with a paralegal or somebody like that. Mr. Goldberg cut straight to the point. He's has a mastery sense that goes directly to the truth. I've worried for months. He asked me straightforward, simple questions and after listening to myself answer I realized he just pulled out of me exactly what I've been thinking for months and now its so clear. He got right to what it would cost me and agreed to put me on a payment plan so I could afford to get it done. I don't know why I was so scared to deal with this now that I have Mr. Goldberg's firm handling my case. I think it was the not knowing what my options where and the not doing of anything. Mr. Goldberg gets right down to it and cuts through all the BS. I can't thank him enough for putting his foot forward and getting it done. If you're thinking about filing a BK go see him. I did, it was straightforward, friendly and painless. Yes you have to get some documents together, but if your in a situation like mine, this is so minimal in comparison to the freedom that being debt free will give you back. No more creditors, no more phone calls, no more, no more. I was in over my head and if Randy hadn't bailed me out, I'd still be stuck. |
