I just went thru the mall looking for a gift for the wife. Every jewelry shop I walked into either ignored me or tackled me like a linebacker. Finally found a nice place/nice people with great selection at Zales. The salesman who helped me was the best. His name is Kai Murphy. What a nice guy! Can't say enough...funny but smart. He helped me find a nice watch...actually ended up buying TWO! I wasn't sure at first 'cos it's such a big chain...BUT in the end was VERY VERY HAPPY!
