Lush foliage surrounding the pools frames compliments the breathtaking view from the dramatic glass curtain wall that spans the entire north faade. The Bristlecone Ballroom

 Located on Level One, The Bristlecone Ballroon is 51,560 square feet with a ceiling height of 24'3". It can divide into 10 sections ranging from to 2,040 to 17,135 square feet. Two loading docks are adjacent to the Bristlecone Ballroom and the vehicle ramp leads directly to the 18 x 14' freight door.
The Pinyon Ballroom

 Also located on Level One. The Pinyon Ballroom is 38,300 square feet with a ceiling height of 24'3"and can divide into eight sections ranging from 1,968 to 11,600 square feet. A 10' x 14' door provides convenient access for freight and vehicles.
The Ironwood Ballroom

 Located on Level Three. The Ironwood Ballroom is 38,300 square feet with a ceiling height of 24'3" and can divide into eight sections ranging from 1,968 to 11,600 square feet. It features a 10' x 10' door for freight and vehicle access. Megavators near the Level One dock can transport equipment and vehicles to the third level.
The Juniper Ballroom

 The Juniper Ballroom is located on Level Three and is 20,275 square feet. It can be divided into two, three or four sections, ranging from approximately 3,500 to 6,500 square feet with a ceiling height of 20'.
Aria Las Vegas Meeting Rooms

 Aria Las Vegas has 36 meeting rooms that are located throughout the three levels of the convention area. The Bluethorn meeting rooms on Level One and Starvine meeting rooms on Level Three complement the large ballrooms as offices and breakout rooms. The Copperleaf meeting rooms on Level Two create an intimate meeting area for small groups separate from the large function space. The meeting rooms range in size from 840 to 3,912 square feet. All rooms feature built-in projection systems, drop-down projection screens, and electronic control panels.
Aria Las Vegas Boardrooms

 Two executive boardrooms, Cottonwood and Senna, reside on Level Three. Custom designed for high-level business meetings, each room comfortably accommodates up to 24 people.
