Growing out of the country elegance of Napa Valley, Bouchon in the Venetian is another Thomas Keller restaurant. It's on the line between casual and fine dining, perhaps "comfortable dining" would explain it the best. Thomas Keller cares deeply about his guests' experiences, and it shows in every little detail in the cuisine.
