We reiterate: The Wynn and Encore are famous for service. Good service is: (A) hard to find, and (B) useful in the hotel, restaurant, spa, and meeting industries. At meetings, servicepeople need to be available and invisible, ready to go at a moment's notice to troubleshoot the internet connection when the CEO's big presentation won't download.
