Botero is delicious, and service is courteous. Foodies and red meat lovers will delight in the classic fare, done well. Be ready to spend: wine bottles can run into the hundreds of dollars. They'll let you bring your own... for a corking fee of $50... as long as that wine is not on the menu.

Pleasant surroundings, delicious intrepretations of classic Italian food, and a sensational staff await guests at Sinatra. Music from all of Blue Eyes' career is played constantly, keeping the mood light and cool. In a touch of authenticity, Frank's Oscar, Emmy, and Grammy awards are situated in the foyer for all visitors to marvel at. The restaurant is well reviewed, with the food taking a second place to the atmosphere and service.

Tasteful and well made food like Kobe beef burgers and Lollipop Buffalo Chicken Wings await visitors to the Society Cafe. It's a simple restaurant, but at the Encore, even the simple restaurants are luxurious.

Switch Steakhouse

The name comes from an activity undertaken by the architecture itself... it switches. The walls and ceilings slide, the lights change, and the room is transformed three times per hour. The food is great... maybe not as great as the cuisine found elswhere in the Encore, but the interesting enviroment makes up for it.

Wazuzu serves interesting asian fusion food in a restaurant dominated by an undulating crystal dragon. Lovers of western/eastern cuisine won't find any surprises here, but won't be let down by quality.
