Back to Vdara Condo Hotel
Silk Road is Vdara's only restaurant, further setting apart the non-gaming, non-smoking hotel from its Las Vegas counterparts. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, silk road is available when it's needed. The menu is wildly eclectic, and written in foodie-ese... full of terminology only chefs or frequent high-class diners will get. The wait staff is friendly, and will happily help guests who are lost in words like "Amuse Bouche" and "Boquerones." This is in keeping with CityCenter's cultural, experiential atmosphere.
Food items on the menu escalate from $10 to $40, and don't think you're going to eat just one. Portions are small, designed to be shared and experimented with like on a tapas menu. Nothing is printed regarding the small serving sizes, so be sure to ask and be ready to order a lot of them. Prices climb quickly at Silk Road restaurant, and even simple items like tea cost $6.
