Three generations of restaurant owners can't be wrong. The Palm restaurant has been open since 1926, and they still serve up dry-aged steaks and humongous lobsters like it was just yesterday. From the original New York eatery, grandsons Wally Ganzi and Bruce Bozzi have built 25 restaurants across the country. The one in Las Vegas, in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, carries on the tradition of visitations by local celebrities and artists.
